Meet Kennedy Reed

A Level 10 Gymnast from Let It Shine Gymnastics

I am a dedicated gymnast from Nolensville, TN, who has shown remarkable resilience throughout my career. With a strong passion for the sport, I have excelled in several competitions and continue to train rigorously. This website showcases my journey, athletic achievements, and potential for collegiate gymnastics, reflecting my ambition and hard work.

Training

Overcoming an injury

Early in the season, I encountered an 8-week elbow injury. I have been working diligently with a physical therapist to help the rehab process and safely progress back into full-load training. This strategic approach allows me to rebuild my strength and skills to ensure a successful 2025-2026 season.

Academics

Current GPA is 4.23

Outside of gymnastics, I have a strong passion for sports media and film, the field in which I plan to pursue a college  degree. I channel my creativity through film classes, using storytelling and visual media as a meaningful outlet beyond the gym.

Community
